The project consists of a pipeline with a diameter of 400 mm and a length of 71 km to transport water from the feeding branch on the ABU ZIAN-AL-RAHIBAT water line from the Man-made River system by natural gravity to the MIZDAH area to feed 29,580 people.

The project includes the construction of break pressure tank capacity 18,000 cubic meters in the MIZDAH area, break pressure tank capacity 6000 cubic meters in the SHUQAIQAH area, and break pressure tank capacity 1000 cubic meters in the BIR GHAY area.
The project was halted in 2011 due to the war that took place in the country, and the contract was terminated by mutual consent in 2022 .
