The project aims to carry out the necessary survey works to limit the obstacles for the purpose of implementing the infrastructure works (drinking water - sewage - rain water drainage - electricity - telephones - gas network) in the city of Benghazi. The project stopped in 2011 due to the war that took place in the country, the contract was terminated by mutual consent in 2023
