The project aims to carry out the necessary engineering works to design the infrastructure works (drinking water, sewage, rainwater drainage, electricity, telephones, gas network) for the JARIF area in SIRTE city.
The project consists of (3) new residential communities.
The total area of ​​the project is 200 hectares.
The work phases include carrying out survey and urban planning works.
The project stopped in 2011 due to the war that took place in the country, and negotiations are underway with the owner regarding activating the contract.
